How to Submit Artwork You can send label artwork to us either by email or carrier (e.g. postal mail, express courier). To help us process your artwork order in a timely manner, follow our Artwork Preparation Specifications below. If you are sending by email, please put your artwork files into a compressed file (.zip is preferred) and attach it to your email message. If sending by carrier, please call us first so we can discuss what we need to receive from you. If you are sending your artwork via email, use the following email address: art@crownlabel.com. Artwork preparation specifications: Crown Label Co. currently has the capability of working with the following programs: MAC Quark Express 4.0 or earlier Adobe Illustrator 8.0 or earlier Photoshop 6.0 or earlier Windows Quark Express 5.0 or earlier Adobe illustrato 9.0-CS or earlier Photoshop 7.0 - CS or earlier Note: Many other programs have the ability to save as or export Adobe Illustrator, EPS, or PDF files. We have the ability to work with these file formats in most cases. Font Issues: Please supply copies of all fonts used in your artwork. Mac users must also supply matching screen font suitcases. Note: Font files will not be necessary for files in which the type has been converted to vector outlines (creating curves) and have been exported or saved as Adobe Illustrator, EPS, or PDF files. Some programs with this capability include Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Freehand, and Corel Draw. If you have art preparation questions, please contact Crown Label Co. and ask for Art. If providing any artwork other than by email, please provide color or black & white copy of artwork for reference. Completed artwork can be e-mailed to art@crownlabel.com.
